We took last year off, but tried Zoolights this year with Ellie and our friends Kaela, Korey and their daughter Poppi who is in Ellie's swim class. 2 might still be a little tough - we had to get there super early and left pretty early, but the girls did seem to enjoy it. E was a little confused why she couldn't see any animals (and why the ones she was seeing were lit up).
We did have our first encounter with carolers, and needless to say, Ellie is OBSESSED. I'm backlogging this entry, and as of 2/21/17, Ellie is STILL talking about the carolers, and how she loved them and wishes she could see them again, and how she's going to see them again next year, and how we missed seeing them one more time before we left and how that makes her sad. Her memory, folks, is ASTOUNDING.
