We got together with some new friends today - Lauren Lerner and her son Zachary. We enjoyed a warm early afternoon at the Scottsdale Quarter splash pad, the kids shared snacks, and the stay-at-home moms got some lovely adult interaction.Not so great was E's first experience with head-meets-concrete. I was a mess and shaking like a leaf - thankfully Lauren was very calm and got some ice for the back of E's noggin. She's just fine, but I am bracing for all the scares like that in our future. Sheesh.
