Not sure what has come over me the last couple of days, but I've been very into cooking/baking. The latest was banana bread (below - afternoon snack-style) and turkey meatballs (REALLY proud of this dinner I threw together! Lord the struggle is real). Ellie loved them both! Mommy win!
