Sweet baby E turned 17 weeks yesterday,and to celebrate we purchased her first chair to work on sitting up. I was BLOWN AWAY at how well she did right off the bat! She was getting hungry, so the timing wasn't great for an inaugural use, but she liked it so much, it distracted her from her hangries for about 15 minutes! She's getting bigger and stronger by the day and it makes me so happy and proud. Every time I look at her newest roll or her newest chin (I think we have three now), I feel this amazing sense of pride that I, from my body, have been able to nourish her to that state. It's equal parts bizarre and incredible, and frankly, indescribable. (Video of her first time in the chair below :)
